We understand that plans change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your order with What She Wears.

🕐 Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by writing to us at 📧 whatshewears123@gmail.com
• Cancellations requested after 6 hours will not be accepted, as the order may have already been processed or dispatched

⚠️ Custom & Made-to-Order Garments

• Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as they are specially crafted for you
• Once placed, these orders go into production immediately and are not eligible for change, refund, or cancellation

💸 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation is approved within the 6-hour window, the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days
• In case of COD orders, cancellation will simply stop the dispatch and no refund will be applicable
