Welcome to What She Wears. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with us through any platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. 📦 Orders & Fulfilment

• All orders are subject to product availability, confirmation, and acceptance.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled beyond the cancellation window (6 hours from placement).
• In case of unavailability or production delays, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative or full refund.

2. 🎨 Product Representation

• We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight color or texture variations may occur due to screen resolution, fabric dye lots, or photography lighting.
• All garments are handcrafted with attention to detail. Minor differences or irregularities are natural and not considered defects.

3. 📏 Sizing & Fit

• Size charts are available for each product. Please refer to them before placing your order.
• What She Wears is not responsible for size-related issues if the correct size was chosen as per the chart.

4. 🔁 Exchanges & Returns

• We follow a strict exchange-only policy. Returns or refunds are not offered unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Please refer to our Exchange Policy for detailed terms.
• Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, though minor alterations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

5. 💳 Payments

• We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• Cash on Delivery is available in Delhi, NCR on orders above ₹4,990.
• All payments must be successfully completed before order dispatch.

7. 📸 Content & Intellectual Property

All content, including images, logos, designs, and text on our website and social platforms, are the property of What She Wears and may not be copied or used without permission.
