📍 Serviceable Locations

We currently ship pan-India through reliable delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

⏳ Processing & Dispatch Time

• All ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 3-5 re business days of receiving the order.
• For made-to-order/custom garments, the processing time may vary from 7–12 business days, depending on the style and availability.
• During peak season, sale events, or unexpected delays (like weather or logistics disruptions), shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

📦 Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-metro areas: 5–8 business days
• Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the courier partner and location.

💰 Shipping Charges


• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on all orders 
• Free Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders above ₹4,990 in Delhi, NCR

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with your tracking number and link to track the delivery status in real-time.

⚠️ Important Notes

• In case the package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as returned. Re-shipping will be chargeable.
• Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
• What She Wears is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will do our best to assist you.
