✅ Exchange Conditions


To be eligible for exchange:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Must be free from damage, stains, or fragrance
• Original tag must be intact. 
• You must record a parcel opening video (without cuts or edits) as proof for any claims related to damage or defects
• All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery

📦 How to Request an Exchange

Customers are required to courier the product to our return address.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.


Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, your replacement will be dispatched within 7 business days. 

⚠️ Custom Orders


Custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return.
However, minor alterations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
